Recipes
Salty & Sweet Peanut Butter Yogurt Bowl
Ingredients:
- 1-1/2 cup Greek yoghurt (plain or vanilla)
- 1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 scoop Vital Proteins® Collagen Peptides
Toppings:
- Coconut shreds
- Dark chocolate (crumbled)
- Granola
- Other topping recommendations: banana, berries, peanuts, almonds, honey, pumpkin seeds
Directions:
- In a bowl, whisk together the Greek yoghurt, peanut butter, maple syrup and Collagen Peptides. Combine until creamy, whipped and smooth.
- Divide into bowls and top with the toppings of your choice. Enjoy!

Lemon Ginger Beauty Tea
Ingredients:
- 1 cup ginger tea (steeped)
- 2 scoops Vital Proteins® Beauty Collagen
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
Directions:
- Steep the ginger tea and let it cool slightly.
- Add 2 scoops of Vital Proteins® Beauty Collagen to the tea and stir well.
- Mix in 1 tbsp honey and 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice.
- Stir until everything is well combined.

BLT Salad Jars
Salad Ingredients:
- 4 strips bacon (cooked and chopped)
- 2 eggs (hard boiled and sliced)
- 1 C lettuce (chopped)
- 1/2 C cherry tomatoes (halved)
- 1/2 C cucumber (cubbed)
- 1/2 C buckwheat (cooked)
- 1 avocado (cubed)
Dressing Ingredients:
- 1/2 C mayonnaise
- 1/3 olive oil
- 2 T dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 T nutritional yeast
- 2 scoops Vital Proteins® Marine Collagen
Directions:
- In a Mason jar, add all of the salad dressing ingredients together and shake well until smooth and combined.
- Next, divide the salad dressing between 2 Mason jars.
- Begin by layering the ingredients in the jars in whichever order you want.
- Close up the salad jars and store them in the fridge.
- When you’re ready, grab, go and enjoy!
