CeraVe Squad Malta Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the application and selection process to become part of the CeraVe Squad Malta (“Program”). Please read these Terms fully before applying.

By submitting an application, you (the “Applicant”) agree to be bound by these Terms and the Terms of Use. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Terms of Use, these Terms shall apply with respect to all matters relating to the Program, including any materials provided as part of this Program.

THE PROMOTER

The Promoter is Prohealth Ltd., Mdina Road, Ħaż-Żebbuġ, ZBG 9019, Malta.

THE PROGRAM

  • The Program is open to residents of Malta, aged 18 years or over, excluding employees (and their immediate family/household members) of the Promoter, its affiliated companies, agencies, or anyone professionally connected with this Program. Proof of age may be requested.
  • Applicants must have an active participation on Instagram and/or TikTok to apply.
  • This Program is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram or TikTok.

HOW TO ENTER

  • Applicants can apply via submission of the application form found at "Application"
  • The Application requires the following information:
  • Only one application per person is allowed. Joint applications or applications on behalf of others will not be accepted.
  • All Applications become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter reserves the right to select or reject Applicants at its sole discretion.
  • Applications will be vetted, and applicants will be notified if they have been selected. If selected, you will be asked to provide additional details to confirm participation.
  • Terms and conditions apply. Selection is based on eligibility criteria and content quality.

ELIGIBILITY

  • By applying, you confirm you meet the eligibility requirements. The Promoter may ask for verification of eligibility at any time.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to reject any applications that are:
  • Applications that violate the spirit of the Program will be disqualified.
  • Applicants must not have acquired social media followers through any automated or fraudulent methods.
  • The Promoter may close, amend, or withdraw the Program at its discretion without prior notice.

CeraVe Squad Malta Membership

  • Successful Applicants (“CeraVe Squad Members”) will be notified by the Promoter or its third-party agency partners using the contact details provided.
  • Unsuccessful Applicants will not be contacted.
  • As a CeraVe Squad Member, you will:
  • Content featuring CeraVe products must include clear disclosure (e.g., #ad) and state that products were provided free of charge.
  • By participating, you grant the Promoter a worldwide, irrevocable, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display your content across all media platforms without seeking additional consent.
  • You also waive any moral rights associated with the content.

CONTENT GUIDELINES

  • Content deemed inappropriate will result in removal from the Program. This includes (but is not limited to):
  • Any adverse events must be reported immediately. Related content may need to be retained indefinitely.

TERMINATION

  • The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw Squad membership at any time.
  • You may also opt out by notifying the Promoter in writing.
  • Posts shared during your Squad membership may remain accessible online after your departure and cannot be retroactively removed.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All submitted Applications become the property of the Promoter.

DATA PROTECTION

  • Personal data collected will only be used to administer this Program, in accordance with GDPR and applicable data protection laws.

  • You may request access to your personal data or request its deletion at any time.

GENERAL

The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the Program or these Terms where necessary.
