• The #GlowRitualChallenge (the "Challenge") is run by Prohealth Ltd, Mdina Road, Ħaż-Żebbuġ ZBG 9019, Malta ("Prohealth", "we", "us"), in collaboration with Vital Proteins.
• By registering for the Challenge, you confirm that you have read and accept these terms.
• The Challenge is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Meta or TikTok.

All dates and times are Malta time.

• Purchase period: 1 to 31 October 2026.
• Registration period: 19 October to 31 October 2026, 23:59.
• Challenge period: 1 November to 14 November 2026.
• Recap content: by 15 November 2026, 23:59.
• Judging: 15 to 19 November 2026.
• Winners contacted by: 20 November 2026.
• Winners must reply by: 22 November 2026, 23:59.
• Winners announced: 23 November 2026 on Prohealth Channels.

• The Challenge is open to legal residents of Malta aged 25 or over on the date they register.
• One entry per person. Each person may register one Instagram or TikTok account only.
• You must keep a public Instagram or TikTok account from the start of the Challenge until winners are announced on 23 November 2026.
• Employees of Prohealth, Vital Proteins (Nestlé) and Mio Studio, cannot enter. Influencers and collaborators working directly with Prohealth or Vital Proteins cannot enter either.
• We may ask for proof of age, residency or identity at any time. If you cannot provide it, your entry may be disqualified.

1. Buy: purchase any Vital Proteins collagen product on shop.prohealth.com.mt during the purchase period (1 to 31 October). Free samples and free gifts do not count. Purchases made in pharmacies, other shops or other websites are not eligible. Cancelled, refunded or returned orders are not valid.
2. Register: complete the form on the challenge page during the registration period with your full name, the email address used for your shop.prohealth.com.mt order, your mobile number, the platform you will post on (Instagram or TikTok) and your username. Your order number is optional but helps us confirm your entry. You must also accept these terms.
3. Follow: on Instagram, follow @prohealthmalta and @vital.proteins.malta. On TikTok, follow @prohealthmalta.
4. Post: publish at least one Story or post a day for 14 consecutive days, from 1 to 14 November 2026, following the content rules below.

• We use the email address you register with to check your purchase. If we cannot match it to a valid order, your entry will not be valid.
• If you register more than once, only your first valid registration counts.

• Every Story or post must show your collagen routine or how you use Vital Proteins in your day.
• On Instagram: tag @prohealthmalta and @vital.proteins.malta and use #GlowRitualChallenge. Stories, feed posts and Reels count. Instagram Stories disappear after 24 hours, so you must save them to a Highlight on your profile and keep it public until 23 November 2026.
• On TikTok: tag @prohealthmalta and use #GlowRitualChallenge. Vital Proteins Malta does not have a TikTok account. Only videos posted to your profile count, as TikTok Stories cannot be checked after they expire.
• Only content posted from the account you registered counts.
• Content must be original, created by you and posted during the Challenge period.
• Content must follow Instagram's or TikTok's rules and must not be offensive, misleading or unlawful.
• Content must not claim that Vital Proteins products treat, prevent or cure any disease or medical condition.
• If other people appear in your content, you must have their permission. Do not feature children.
• A recap post, Reel or video of your 14 days, shared by 15 November 2026, 23:59, will be taken into account in judging.

We may disqualify an entry, at any stage including after a prize has been awarded, if:

• The purchase is not valid, or is cancelled, refunded or returned.
• Any information given is false or incomplete.
• Content is posted from an account other than the one registered.
• The account is made private, or challenge content is deleted, before 23 November 2026.
• The entrant uses fake accounts, bought followers or engagement, or any other unfair method.
• The content breaks these terms or Instagram's or TikTok's rules.

• Up to five winners will be chosen by a panel from Prohealth and Vital Proteins. This is not a random draw.
• The panel will consider the number of valid Stories or posts published during the Challenge period, together with the creativity, originality and quality of the content. Recap content shared by 15 November 2026 is also considered.
• The panel's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• Winners will be contacted by 20 November 2026 by direct message on the platform they registered with and by email. Winners must reply by 22 November 2026, 23:59, and confirm that they meet these terms.
• If a winner does not reply in time or does not meet these terms, we may choose another participant.
• Winners' first names and usernames will be announced on Prohealth and Vital Proteins channels on 23 November 2026.

• Each winner receives 12 monthly collagen supplies during 2027. The first delivery is planned for the first week of January 2027 and the last for the third week of December 2027.
• Each winner chooses Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides or Vital Proteins Marine Collagen Peptides when accepting the prize. Other Vital Proteins products are not available as prize options.
• Each supply is intended to last about one month when used according to the recommended daily serving on the pack. Extra products or early replacements are not provided if a supply runs out before the next delivery.
• Prizes are delivered free of charge to an address in Malta only.
• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
• If a product becomes unavailable, we may replace it with a product of similar value.
• Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily serving.

• To receive each monthly supply after the first, winners must share honest feedback on their experience with Vital Proteins by email, a short call or a meeting. Feedback can be positive, neutral or negative.
• If a winner does not share feedback when asked, we may pause deliveries until they do.
• Winners may also be invited to take part in interviews, questionnaires, testimonials, events or other Vital Proteins activities, and to share photos of their experience. Taking part is optional.
• We will ask for your written permission before publishing any testimonial, quote or photo of you. Published testimonials will describe personal experience only and will not be presented as proof of any health effect.

Brand ambassador opportunity

• Winners may be invited to become Vital Proteins brand ambassadors in Malta during 2027. This is an opportunity, not part of the prize, and not every winner will be invited.
• As an ambassador, you could be asked to create content about Vital Proteins for your own social media and for Prohealth and Vital Proteins channels, take part in special events, launches, interviews or photo shoots, share your experience in testimonials, and try new Vital Proteins products.
• Becoming an ambassador is optional. Saying no does not affect your prize.
• The activities, what you receive in return, how your content can be used and how long the role lasts will be set out in a separate written agreement before you start. These terms do not oblige you or us to enter into one.
• Ambassador content must clearly show that it is a paid or gifted partnership, for example with #ad or the platform’s paid partnership label, and must follow the content rules above, including no health claims.

• The first 10 people to submit a valid registration, in order of time received, will be entered into a draw for a free class at an exclusive Mio Studio event on 8 November 2026.
• There are 4 free spots in total. Up to 4 winners will be drawn, and each wins one spot for themselves.
• The event includes barre and reformer classes. Each winner is given a spot in one class. We will try to match your preferred class, but this depends on availability.
• If one of the first 10 registrations is not valid, the next valid registration takes its place.
• Winners will be contacted by email with the event date, time and location, and must confirm their place by the date given in that email. If a winner does not confirm in time or cannot attend, the spot may be offered to another of the 10 registrants.
• Spots are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Mio Studio's own terms and safety requirements apply to the class.
• Entering the draw does not affect your chances in the main Challenge.

• You keep ownership of your content.
• By using #GlowRitualChallenge and tagging our accounts, you allow Prohealth and Vital Proteins to repost, share and feature your challenge content on their social media channels and websites until 31 December 2027, with credit to your username.
• We will ask your permission before using your content in paid advertising.
• You confirm that your content is your own and that anyone shown in it has agreed to appear.

• Prohealth is responsible for the personal data you give us when you register: your name, email address, mobile number, platform, username and order number if given.
• We use it only to run the Challenge, check your purchase, contact entrants and winners, and deliver prizes. We share it with Vital Proteins and Mio Studio only where needed for these purposes.
• Registering does not sign you up to marketing emails. If you tick the optional box on the form, we will also email you challenge reminders and Prohealth news. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• We keep entrants' data until three months after winners are announced. We keep winners' data until three months after the final prize delivery. It is then deleted.
• You can ask to see, correct or delete your data by emailing info@prohealth.com.mt. Deleting your data before winners are announced will withdraw your entry.

• We may change, suspend or cancel the Challenge or these terms if circumstances beyond our control require it, or if the Challenge is being misused. Any change will be published on this page.
• We are not responsible for registrations that are not received because of technical problems, or for content that Instagram or TikTok removes or does not show.
• These terms are governed by the laws of Malta. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
