How to use your points

1. Go to the Prohealth shop

From the app: open the Prohealth Loyalty App and tap Shop Online. The shop opens inside the app.

From your browser: go to shop.prohealth.com.mt on your phone or computer.

2. Log in with your app email

Tap the round gift icon in the bottom-left corner of any page.

Log in with the same email you use in the Prohealth Loyalty App. With a different email, your points won't show.

3. Generate your discount

Tap Use Points and enter the amount you want to redeem in euro. There's no minimum.

Your available balance is shown underneath. Tap Generate Discount.

4. Shop and check out

Add your products to the cart. Your points discount is applied automatically and you'll see the lower price in your cart.

Check out as usual.

Discount not showing in your cart?

Your code is saved. Tap the gift icon and open Unused Discounts. Each discount shows its value and the date it was generated.

Tap the copy icon next to the code, then paste it in the Discount code field at checkout. You can also keep it for a later order: codes are valid for one year.
