SLEEP FORMULA is the hypoallergenic food supplement from PURE ENCAPSULATIONS ® with nutrients useful for relaxation and mental well-being.

Contains Magnesium, Zinc, Vit. B6 and B12, Folic acid (Metafolin ® ), L-Tryptophan, Glycine, Lemon balm extract (Melissa officinalis) and Melatonin.

Vitamins B6 and B12, Folate and Magnesium contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and promote the normal functioning of the nervous system and normal psychological function.

Tryptophan is a precursor to serotonin (involved in regulating mood, well-being, and appetite) and melatonin (which regulates sleep). Lemon balm is beneficial for relaxation, mental well-being, and normal mood.

As a dietary supplement, take 2 capsules, 30-60 minutes
before bedtime. Store in a dry place away from heat sources.

Ashwagandha extract is derived from Withania somnifera root.

Valerian extract is derived from Valeriana officinalis root.

Theanine is derived from fermentation.

Saffron is derived from Crocus sativus stigma extract.

Ascorbyl palmitate is derived from corn dextrose fermentation and palm oil.

Hypoallergenic plant fiber is derived from pine cellulose.

Tri-magnesium citrate is derived from elemental ore and non-GMO glucose fermentation from non-GMO maize, molasses, and sugar beet or sugar cane.

Other Ingredients

Vegetarian capsule (cellulose, water), hypoallergenic plant fibre (cellulose), ascorbyl palmitate, tri-magnesium citrate.
