How to Use

Support sensitive and compromised skin with the La Roche-Posay Cicaplast Gentle Care & Repair Duo, a streamlined two-step routine combining gentle cleansing with intensive hydration and skin barrier support.

Start with Cicaplast Lavant B5, a gentle foaming cleansing gel suitable for fragile or irritated skin. Formulated with 5% Panthenol and cleansing agents including copper, zinc and manganese, it cleanses without disrupting the skin's natural balance while helping leave skin feeling soothed and comfortable.

Follow with Cicaplast B5 Serum, a lightweight daily facial serum formulated for dehydrated, irritated and sensitive skin. Its concentrated Vitamin B5 formula provides intensive hydration and helps reinforce the skin barrier while maintaining a lightweight, non-greasy finish.

Used together, the products create an uncomplicated routine focused on the essentials: cleanse, hydrate and support the skin barrier.

Ideal when your skin needs a gentler, more minimal approach to daily skincare.

HOW TO USE AS ROUTINE

MORNING

Step 1: Cleanse
Apply a small amount of Cicaplast Lavant B5 to wet skin and gently lather. Rinse thoroughly and pat the skin dry. La Roche-Posay recommends using the cleanser once or twice daily.

Step 2: Hydrate & Support
Apply 1–2 drops of Cicaplast B5 Serum to the face and neck and gently press into the skin until absorbed. Allow approximately one minute before applying your next skincare product.

Step 3: Complete Your Routine
Follow with your usual moisturiser and finish with broad-spectrum sunscreen during the daytime.

EVENING

Step 1: Cleanse
Cleanse with Cicaplast Lavant B5 and rinse thoroughly.

Step 2: Repair & Hydrate
Apply Cicaplast B5 Serum to clean skin, gently pressing it over the face and neck.

Step 3: Moisturise
Follow with your preferred moisturiser or barrier-supporting cream.
